From a school management app in 2013 to a city-scale addressing platform serving 365,000 people in 2024. Every system we built is listed here. Every client came through a reference from the last one.
Dubai Municipality's Makani is the official precision addressing system for the UAE. We rebuilt the web and mobile platforms from the ground up, adding indoor navigation and a full API integration layer for third-party services.
365,000 active users navigate Dubai using this system daily. Emergency services, logistics operators, visa applications, and government departments all depend on it. One square metre accuracy at every building entrance, across five emirates.
This was not a feature rebuild. It was a complete infrastructure rearchitecture of a system the city relies on.
What started as a web-based booking platform for a road safety bus programme in 2019 grew into a full digital road safety ecosystem: interactive classrooms, educational board games, video quiz platforms, Road Safety Ambassador certification, and campaign landing pages deployed across Abu Dhabi schools.
The ITC relationship is the clearest example of what platform stewardship looks like in practice. No handoff. No new vendor at each phase. The same engineering team that designed the first system understood how every subsequent requirement connected to what already existed.
The result is a system that has evolved significantly over six years while remaining coherent, maintainable, and trusted by the same government client who commissioned the first line.
When the governments of Senegal and Somalia needed a vaccine distribution and booking platform, the timeline was not measured in quarters. It was measured in weeks. People were waiting.
We built a multilingual, multi-country vaccine management platform covering distribution logistics, citizen booking, inventory tracking, and real-time coordination across both national health systems. Not a prototype. Not a pilot. A production system deployed to an entire country's population during a pandemic.
This is what building for regulated, high-stakes environments actually requires: no shortcuts on reliability, no assumptions about infrastructure, and an engineering team that stays accountable after launch when the real edge cases appear.
Filter by sector to explore. Every project listed is a real engagement.
If you are ready to start a conversation, we are.
